Oxon Advisory (OXA) offers a fresh perspective on community safety, health, and wellbeing.

We are a team of independent experts united by intellectual curiosity and a commitment to positive change.

We delve deep into critical issues, like violence prevention, providing insightful analysis and crafting innovative solutions.

We believe in the power of collaboration, bringing together community leaders, policymakers, and residents to create solutions that truly work.

OUR STORY.

At Oxon Advisory (OXA), our expertise lies in assisting you to identify the evidence base for significant and enduring transformations, and providing insight, training, and mentoring in how to implement change - utilising the potent force of collaboration.  Following years of solo practice we incorporated as a Limited Company in 2023 and are expanding our remit, but remain focused on outcomes.

Our skills are based upon the secure building blocks of; Design thinking, Equity and equality, Data and evidence, and The power of collaboration:

Design thinking

We focus on design thinking to support you to achieve  'Whole of Society' approaches to solving public safety problems.

By promoting the inclusion of the voices of those affected by the issues that can prevent people, families, neighbourhoods, and communities from reaching their potential - and place unsustainable burdens on organisations that are trying to help.

We identify sustainable ideas that can bubble-up from below rather than being imposed from the top.

Equity and equality

We provide help for you to explore your thinking and approaches to equity and equality in public safety. We include support for researchers to examine  gender, trauma, and neuro-sensitive approaches to data and analysis and how to mainstream gender and human rights into practice, for policy and for frontline implementation.

We have specific and significant expertise in Workshop and Toolkit design.

Data and evidence

We work with you to make sure you understand the policy landscape in relation to data sharing and how you can work in data partnerships to improve your strategic focus and operational practices.

We provide training, coaching, and mentoring to ensure that you have sound technology, strong governance, and cutting edge visualisation for your information needs.

The power of collaboration

We assist you to find solutions to working together, together.

So many partnership arrangements see organisations come together for meetings to discus what they did between meetings, whilst they were apart.

We can help you to create strong collaborations, with solid governance arrangements, that ensure you come together as one and work together, together for the common good.
