With over twenty years of professional experience in Health, Law Enforcement, and Local Authority sectors, Zoe offers invaluable insights into effective government policy implementation. Drawing from her own traumatic experience, she emphasises the urgent need for timely access to accurate data in combating crime and supporting victims.

Dr. Chris Allen

Chris is a recognised expert in the fields of organised crime, cybercrime, and economic crime. He offers specialised training for law enforcement professionals and oversees doctoral students focusing on research related to organised crime.

Tori Olphin MBE FRSS

An experienced Head of Research and Chief Data Scientist, with specialisations in predictive algorithm design in the public sector, in designing and running randomised controlled trials in live public sector environments, and in development of change management processes to allow for what works to be embedded in public sector organisations. Andrew Boyd

Qualified Coach and Trainer. With over 30 years experience in policing, community safety, and senior leadership development. Andy has enjoyed working within the UK and across the globe, developing skills and building leadership capacity in policing and partnerships, with specific experience in Africa, Asia, and Oceania.

Tom Goodenough

With over 20 years of practical and strategic experience in both the education and wider public health sectors. Tom has repeatedly created and sustained high performance cultures  and has spent recent years focusing on how to help organisations understand and mitigate the impact of childhood trauma, neurodiversity, economic disadvantage, and violence affecting young people, whilst preventing criminalisation, promoting inclusion, and mitigating associated risk factors.  

Dr. Alex Chung

Alex is an experienced consultant and education think tank partner and a member of the World Economic Forum Experts Network (in the areas of Future of the Digital Economy and Society, Justice, and Illicit Economy); the International Law Association and its Committee on Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR); the UK Research Institute for Sociotechnical Cyber Security (RISCS) the Global Initiative against Transnational Organized Crime Network (GI-TOC); and the Strategic Hub for Organised Crime Research (SHOC). 

Dr. Ching-Yu Huang

Ching-Yu is a member of the International Investigative Interviewing Research Group (iIIRG) and a Member of the European Association of Psychology & Law. Expert consultant for interviewing child victims in the Ministry of Health and Welfare, Ministry of Justice, and Judicial Yuan, Taiwan. Expert panel member on gender equality for the Foundation for Women’s Rights Promotion and Development, Taiwan and an experienced Lecturer in Psychology.  

Graham Goulden

Graham Goulden, BA, founded Cultivating Minds UK to address critical issues that can negatively affect learning, business, and sports performance. With a distinguished 30-year career as a Scottish police officer and Chief Investigator, Graham possesses extensive experience in criminal investigation, drug investigation, training, and crime prevention.

 

During his final eight years in the police force, Graham served as a Chief Inspector and a key member of the Scottish Violence Reduction Unit, a globally recognised organisation renowned for its innovative approach to reducing violence. 

 

Graham's work with the VRU enabled him to address a recurring challenge he encountered during his policing career.

Justin Srivastava

Justin Srivastava, BA MSc, is a highly accomplished former police superintendent with 30 years of experience, transitioning to a consultancy role after a distinguished career. 

 

He is a globally recognised expert in trauma-informed policing and organisational development, and a leader in promoting public health approaches to crime prevention. 

 

Throughout his career, Justin has worked tirelessly to address violence, promote wellbeing within the police, and champion early intervention strategies. He is a skilled communicator, author, and international speaker, sought after for his expertise in creating safer and healthier communities.

Jason Kew

Jason Kew is a highly experienced and respected figure in the field of drug policy and harm reduction. With a distinguished career in policing, including a role as Senior Police Leader and Drug Strategy Lead in Thames Valley Police, Jason has been at the forefront of developing and implementing innovative approaches to drug-related issues.

 

He is a passionate advocate for public health-oriented strategies and has achieved significant success in designing and implementing award-winning drug diversion programs. These initiatives steer individuals away from the criminal justice system and towards support and treatment, demonstrating the effectiveness of a compassionate and evidence-based approach.

 

 

Professor Huw Williams

Professor of Clinical Neuropsychology & Associate Pro-Vice Chancellor for Global Engagement, Health & Life Faculty, University of Exeter

Huw Williams is our Advisor on Impact and Global Affairs. 

 

His current areas of academic interest include: Neuro-Trauma in adolescents and young adults in society and in prisons (Cape Town (South Africa) and London); Traumatic Brain Injury and Neuro Disability Screening & Support in Prisons (with Do-It Profiler); processing of emotions after brain injury; Neuroimaging of Sports Concussion in Elite athletes; how to use Neuroscience to influence public policy and tax spending; Post-Concussion Syndrome in sports populations; Neuroimaging of Affective Systems underlying Personality; Anorexia and Eating Disorders in UK and India; Injury & stress in Police Officers.

 

He has published papers and books and held grants in a range of areas of Clinical Neuropsychology – particularly on neuro-rehabilitation and recently regarding crime.
